Touring Caravan Pitches Devon
Set within the rolling hills of Mid Devon is Yeatheridge Farm. On site we have so much to offer with miles of marked walks, free indoor swimming pools and the chance to meet and feed our animals we hope you will pitch up unhook and immerse yourself into our family run holiday park
Our onsite facilities also include our modern toilet and shower blocks as well as designated washing up areas and laundrette. With our fully stocked shop and bar and restaurant which serves up freshly prepared food and locally sourced drinks we hope you will be able to ‘switch off’ and truly enjoy your holiday. If you are bringing little ones with you then we also have a free to use indoor soft play for those under 7 year’s. It is located adjacent to the bar, meaning you can sit back and watch your little ones burn off some energy with a drink of your choice.
However if you choose to explore then Yeatheridge Farm offers the perfect location to explore our beautiful county. With the sandy beaches of North Devon 45 minutes away and the vibrant city of Exeter 40 minutes away we really are in the most perfect location to see what Devon has to offer.

Details
Our standard grass electric pitches back on to hedges to provide some shelter for tents and caravans. All have 16 amp metered electric hook ups, with a water and waste water point in close proximity. They are suitable for tents up to 6 x 4 meters and caravans, motorhomes or campervans up to 8 meters in length. These pitches are either flat or gently sloping.
Please note extra cars, gazebos (maximum 3m x 3m) and pup tents 1.8m (L) x 1.2 (W) x 1.1 (H) are all charged separately.

Large Grass Pitch
Large grass pitches can accommodate caravans, motorhomes, campervans up to 10 meters in length and large tents

Our large grass pitches measure at least 10 x 12 meters so provide ample space for large tents or for caravans or motorhomes if you require a bit more space. Only one unit per pitch is allowed. They all have 16 amp metered electric hook ups with water and grey waste points in close proximity. They are suitable for tents up to 9 x 5 meters and caravans and motorhomes up to 10 meters in length. Pitches are either flat or gently sloping.
Please note during the main 6-week summer holidays we operate a Saturday arrival and departure policy on the large grass pitches in Woodland Meadow.

They are suitable for awnings but are not suitable for tents. They all have 16 amp metered electric hook ups with water and grey waste points in close proximity. All have space for parking one car.
Please note extra cars, gazebos (maximum 3m x 3m) and pup tents 1.8m (L) x 1.2 (W) x 1.1 (H) are all charged separately.

Touring & Camping FAQ's
How many people can I have staying on my pitch?
We allow a maximum of 6 people per pitch. If your family is larger that this please contact reception to discuss your booking.
Is there somewhere to plug my hair straighteners in?
Yes. Power sockets are available in the amenity blocks.
Who do I contact for a maintenance issue?
For any issues relating to maintenance, please contact reception and we will endeavour to get someone out to you as soon as possible.
Ensure you have your pitch number / accommodation name to hand.
What is the maximum size touring caravan or motorhome I can bring?
The maximum unit size we can accommodation is 9m (29ft).
Awnings must extend no further than 2.5m (8ft) from the side of your touring caravan or motorhome.
Please feel free to call us with the specifics of your touring caravan or motorhome, and we can advise on the best suitable pitch for you to book.
How many vehicles can I park outside my unit?
We allocate one parking space, however, most of our pitches and accommodation can take two.
If not we ask that you park it in the car park
Can I choose my pitch or accommodation?
We allocate pitches at the time of booking. Whilst we take pitch requests and fulfil them 99% of the time, we cannot guarantee any pitch at any time.
Are touring caravan, motorhome and camping pitches hardstanding?
We have grass and hardstanding pitches available.
You can choose your preference at the time of booking.
Can I park my car on my touring pitch?
Yes, there is space to park one car on your touring pitch alongside your caravan and awning. There is a small charge for additional cars. Please contact reception for more information.
Let us know when you book or check in if you have an additional vehicle and we can let you know where to park.
Can I put my awning up?
Yes, awnings extending up to 2.5m from your touring caravan or motorhome can be put up for an additional nightly charge.
We recommend using heavy duty awning pegs if pitched on a hardstanding surface.
Can I put up a pup tent or gazebo?
Pup tents or gazebos are allowed on the majority of our pitches for an additional nightly charge.
Pup tents are for storage only.
