Our storage service operates all year round but there is no access to caravans between 15th Ocotber and 1st March.
Owners are required to report to reception prior to use of their caravan or removal from the Park.
We allow vans to be taken offsite once per season, but otherwise caravans are stored purely for use at Yeatheridge Farm Caravan Park
Store & Stay Prices
Touring caravans may be parked in our storage area from £5.50 per week, payable on arrival.
Caravan storage is £8.50 per week and towing the caravan in and out of the compound is £11.00 per booking (£5.50 each way)
For every 7 nights booked (not necessarily consecutive) and paid in full throughout the season between 15th March and 15th Ocotober, a £1.00 per week discount is applied, to a maximum of a £3.00 discount per week.
We also offer undercover storage at a cost from £37.50 per month.

48hrs notice must be given for your caravan to be taken from the storage area and sited for your arrival (after 12 Noon) at the cost of £5.50 per removal either way when staying on a booked pitch. Short term storage is possible, depending on availability.
We offer a caravan washing service for the cost of £47.00 We hand wash the caravans from the roof down to the wheels with delicate chemicals and soft brushes- no pressure washers are used on the caravan bodies. If you have stored the caravan with us over the winter period it is compulsory to have your van washed, either by us or by yourselves.
Service Bay
We have a service bay available for the use of our storage customers. This can be used for you to wash your own caravan, servicing by yourself or a local engineer or removal of your belongings. We allow either a morning (up to 12 noon) or afternoon (after 1.00pm) for use of the service bay and this is at a charge of £15.00 which includes your towing charge to and from the storage field.

General FAQ's
Can I hire cots and highchairs?
Please enquire with our reception team when making your booking, or prior to your arrival, so we can add these onto your booking for your accommodation.
Can I bring a Pet on holiday?
Responsible dog owners are welcome on the park with the agreement that all dogs are kept on a lead at all times, other than in the dog exercising area.
Dogs are not to be left unattended and are not permitted in the children’s play area, Bull Pen Club, Restaurant, Bar, Shop, Cafe, Swimming Pool areas or in the amenity blocks.
It is the owners responsibility to clean up after their dog.
What is the mobile phone coverage like on the park?
The Park has good coverage on EE mobile phone network. Everything else is poor.
What should I do with my litter?
Pitches are to be kept litter free there are number of refuse points available, please see map for details. Recycling facilities are available at the refuse area. Please Recycle !!!
Can I use a washing line?
Washing lines are not permitted on the park. Please do not tie anything to our trees. Washing lines present a danger and especially when light levels are low. There is a well equipped launderette on site offering mechanical drying facilities as well as ironing.
Can I bring a commercial vehicle on to the park?
Commercial vehicles are not permitted on the park except with the express permission of the Park Manager. Additional rules may apply in this instance which must be adhered to.
Can I have a BBQ?
Barbecues are permitted, but we ask you not to place them directly onto the ground, decking or picnic benches.
BBQs should be at least 30cm from the ground, bricks can be provided. Please dispose of them responsibly.
Please make sure that they are suitably placed away from tents/caravans etc and are never unsupervised. Ensure that you are familiar with the location of the nearest fire extinguisher.
What is the speed limit on the parks?
The parks have a speed limit of 5mph, which is strictly enforced. Traffic movements are restricted after 11:00pm to minimise disturbance on the parks.
All vehicles must be taxed, insured and have passed MOT regulations. All motoring laws which apply to the highway, also apply on the parks.
Please take care and do not drive on the grass during wet weather or the winter period. We do not permit the use of any non-road legal motorised vehicles e.g. mini scooters, quad bikes etc.
Can I have an open fire?
Open Fires are strictly prohibited anywhere on the park but we allow the use of enclosed, raised fire pits.
Please note the location of your nearest fire fighting equipment before you pitch up.
Flammables: You are not permitted to activate any firework, explosive or Chinese lantern. If unsure about fire safety then please talk directly with the park management.
Can I smoke or vape?
It is illegal to smoke or use e-cigarettes inside enclosed public buildings.
Outdoor smoking areas are provided.
You must also refrain from smoking or using e-cigarettes in any holiday accommodation, you may be charged a £75.00 cleaning fee and asked to leave immediately with no refund on your holiday.
