About Yeatheridge
Yeatheridge has so much to offer – the park is situated in beautiful Mid Devon and is surrounded by breathtaking countryside. The Farm has been in the Hosegood family for many generations and we cant wait to share it with you- whether your looking for a couples retreat, a fun packed family holiday or a trip with friends, we believe we can offer all you need to make your holiday shared with us a memorable one!
As part of our working farm we have miles of marked farm and woodland walks for you to wander through and enjoy- you might even want to stop off and take a dip in the river on your way!
We have two heated indoor swimming pools with a waterslide as well as a soft play area for the little ones situated in the bar area. The Bull Pen situated at the top of the site offers a hub of facilities including the bar, the restaurant and takeaway, a games room and soft play area. Next door you will find our friendly reception team on hand to help with any queries or to give local knowledge and advice. The adjacent well stocked shop has daily fresh bread, milk and all the essentials as well as quite a few extras- you will often come out with a few things that were not on your list!
We really want to share the foundations of the farm with you and therefore have created a space where you can get up and close to some of our beloved animals. You can now take a stroll through the animal paddock at your leisure and meet some of our friendly farm animals- be sure to check when the old stable yard is open for some guinea pig cuddles, rabbit feeding and bottle feeding duties !

Our Holiday homes offer spacious contemporary space to enjoy your holiday. We also have Holiday Homes which are dog friendly.
Store and Stay
Yeatheridge Farm has CaSSOA Gold Rated Caravan Storage which operates all year round.
Fishing Holidays
We have two well stocked fishing Lakes at Yeatheridge Farm. The Top lake is a family friendly lake suitable for all abilities, whilst the bottom lake is suited to the more experienced angler.
Dog Friendly
We have a designated dog walking area where you can let them run free as well as miles of marked walks to burn off some energy . Afterwards you can wash them off in the free to use dog shower before heading up to the bar with your 4 legged friend to enjoy a drink or bite to eat in our dog friendly in and outdoor bar areas.
Free Indoor Swimming
Yeatheridge Farm has 2 heated indoor pools which are free to use for guests staying on site. There is also a water slide which is a big hit with all generations!
Free Superfast Wifi
Whether its streaming your favourite show or a working holiday you will have access to our superfast free wifi from anywhere on site.
