Easter Holidays Off to a Great Start
It’s been a lovely first week of the Easter Holidays – we were graced by some gorgeous sunshine all week and we welcomed lots of people to the farm.
It has been lovely to welcome some new families to the site and also fantastic to see those of you returning for another trip and see you meet up with friends you have made here previously!
Although it may be overcast today our spirits are high as we’ve welcomed over the last 24 hours some gorgeous new chicks which hatched here on the farm. This morning customers were able to take a look at the cute little chicks and we hope as they get bigger and stronger we will be able to let those who would like to hold them for short periods during our animal handling sessions.
We have been putting some ideas of things to do each day outside reception and this seems to be going down well!
There is loads going on this week
- Alpaca Walking on Thursday evening
- Craft session on Saturday
- East egg hunt on Sunday
- The Easter trail – pick up your form from reception
- Art competition – children’s art competition is on and will be judged on Friday – see posters for details
- Animal handling each day apart from Wednesday/Sunday
