Our location

So central, Yeatheridge Farm is ideally situated on high ground between Crediton, South Molton and Tiverton in Devon.

So much choice, which ever way you go you will always find something to do or somewhere to visit, be it seaside destinations or places of natural beauty and interest.

We are open from March 15th to the beginning of October each year, it is advisable to book early as a high percentage of all our bookings are repeats or referrals. But whatever time of year you visit, you will be assured of a very warm welcome.

Devon is a beautiful county. It's also incredibly varied. You will have two national parks to explore, one either side of us. There are two stunning coastlines, one north and one south, both very different. You have historic cities and towns – Exeter has Roman origins and a superb cathedral. There are quaint villages, old world pubs by the score, most supplying delicious food and an enormous number of tourist attractions from which to choose. You will never do it all, but it's fun trying. You won't want to leave, even when it is time to go home!

Directions

From the M5 Junction 27, take the A361 westwards for 7 miles, coming off at the tiverton roundabout. Follow the signs for WITHERIDGE. Please DO NOT continue for long on the A396 to Crediton, but follow the B3137 towards Witheridge, FORK LEFT after approx. 1 mile past Nomansland; follow road and keep straight past The Thelbridge pub another 1.5 miles on the B3042 - DO NOT take road signposted East Worlington.
